Data we collect
- Contact details you submit via forms (name, email, message topic and content).
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, when needed to operate and secure the site.
- Cookie preference choices stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.
- Client project data shared under a statement of work — handled separately under that agreement.
How we use data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver scoped engagements, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them via the cookie banner.
Legal bases
Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong applies, we process data for contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement records follow the statement of work and applicable accounting rules.
Sharing
We may use processors for email and hosting under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
If tools process data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with PDPO expectations and our contracts.
Your rights

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use strong unique passwords on any systems you grant us access to during engagements.
